The Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is an elastic fabric made of polyester and elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. This fabric is a solid color printed in "Rosa Reina" (Queen Pink) tone, with a CMYK of 9 24 9 0, resulting in a light pink shade with a touch of magenta. This secondary color perfectly combines with pastel tones such as beige, light grey, and white.
It is important to note that this base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. In terms of general characteristics, this fabric stands out for being elastic, chlorine-resistant, with a very high UPF protection factor of 50+, and a soft feel and pleasant texture.
Applications for this fabric include lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leggings, and leotards, as well as fashion garments in the swimwear category. Additionally, this fabric is sustainable as it holds GRS certification and is composed of 75% recycled polyester.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, and to iron at a cool temperature, as well as to avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a digital printing technique carried out through a high-temperature and pressure ink transfer process that allows it to adhere durably to the fabric, without altering its softness to the touch and elasticity.
