The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2. The printed solid color is a curry brown tone, whose CMYK is 25 59 98 18. This tone is characterized by being warm and natural, with an earthy connotation perfect for creating elegant and innovative fashion designs and accessories. Curry brown is a secondary color that combines very well with lighter shades such as beige, cream, and white, but also with other warm colors such as orange, gold, and copper.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using the digital textile printing technique. The base fabric, on the other hand, is a very elastic and chlorine-resistant lycra, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. This fabric has a width of 150 cm and has GRS certification, which guarantees its sustainability and recycled origin.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its elastic texture and feel, as well as its chlorine-resistant and UV protection factor finish. The printed solid color has a matte finish and very high UV protection, making it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear. In addition, thanks to its elasticity and softness, recycled lycra is an ideal fabric for making tights, leggings, leotards, and bikinis.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum of 40ºC. The fabric does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying, and ironing should be done at a cold temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the ink directly onto the fabric with heat and pressure, achieving a complete transfer of the image. This technique allows obtaining high-quality and durable designs, with vibrant and uniform colors throughout the entire surface of the fabric.
