Description

The base fabric in question is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The solid printed color is Pictorial Sepia Brown, with a CMYK content of 56 51 65 52. This color is described as a dark reddish-brown that provides warmth and elegance.

As for its characteristics, the base fabric features an elastic texture with a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor. The printed color adheres well to the surface thanks to sublimation printing technology and has excellent depth and saturation. This primary color pairs well with lighter shades such as beige and cream, as well as darker tones like black and gray.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric. This type of printing allows the design to be transferred accurately and effectively onto the fabric.

Among the most common applications and uses for this fabric are underwear, swimwear such as bikinis and bathing suits, as well as sportswear like leotards and leggings. Furthermore, its sustainability is GRS certified due to its composition of recycled materials.

To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow the recommended care instructions, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.

Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, which involves applying ink through heat that converts the ink into vapor before it adheres to the garment material. This allows the color to penetrate the fabric fibers for more vibrant and long-lasting colors.
