The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Toasted Shadow Brown with a CMYK of 30 85 84 34. This secondary color is characterized by being a mix between a soft brown and a yellowish tone, which gives it a natural and warm appearance. Combined with beige or dark beige tones, it creates a sense of elegance and sophistication. The base fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric, but rather the design is printed directly onto the fabric surface.
Recycled Lycra - Seal stands out for its texture, feel, and elasticity, as well as being chlorine-resistant and having a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. In terms of applications, it is a suitable fabric for manufacturing sports apparel, such as swimsuits, bikinis, tights, or leggings, as well as for lingerie and swimwear in general.
For fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a printing process that uses special inks that transform into gas when heat is applied. This gas penetrates the fabric fiber, ensuring a high-quality and durable print.
