The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% Polyester and 25% Elastane. The solid printed color is a Terracotta Brown with a CMYK of 20-47-52-9, with a predominance of Magenta and Yellow ink. The secondary color is warm and earthy, evoking nature and the earth. It combines very well with neutral colors such as white, black, and gray, as well as with beige, cream, and dark brown tones. Additionally, it can be complemented with analogous shades such as dark red and burnt orange.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but printed. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its elastic texture and chlorine resistance, with a very high UV protection finish 50+. It is an ideal fabric for lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits. It is also used in the manufacture of leotards and sports leggings, as well as in swimwear fashion.
Regarding fabric care, it should be noted that it cannot be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It does not allow dry cleaning and requires low-temperature ironing. Furthermore, the dryer should not be used to dry the fabric; instead, it should be air-dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of digital printing where the ink is printed onto the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This allows for excellent print quality, with vibrant and durable colors. Additionally, this printing technology leaves no residue on the fabric and is environmentally friendly.
In conclusion, Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, is a versatile fabric with a Terracotta Brown solid printed color and technical characteristics that make it ideal for manufacturing sportswear and swimwear. Its sublimated printing technology gives it a high-quality and durable finish, and its combination of earthy colors makes it very attractive and easy to combine in any fashion design.
