This base fabric is recycled Lycra, specifically the Seal 230 gr/m2. The plain printed color is a combination of purple and antique mauve, with a CMYK content of 47 81 41 45. This secondary color conveys elegance and sophistication, with a feeling of warmth and tranquility. It combines perfectly with other colors such as gray, black, and pink, creating a refined yet delicate style.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Its elastic texture and chlorine resistance make it ideal for various applications and uses. In addition, it has a Very High UV Protection Factor 50+, providing additional protection against the suns rays.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are lingerie, bodysuits, sportswear such as bikinis and swimsuits, leotards and leggings/tights for children, women, and men, and also for general swimwear fashion. Its sustainability is GRS certified, as the fabric is recycled.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended to follow certain care instructions, such as avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. The fabric is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high-quality printing that does not fade over time. This technology consists of printing the image or design on special paper coated with sublimation inks, which are then transferred by heat and pressure to the fabric. The result is a vivid and durable finish. In summary, the Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2 with its plain printed color of purple and antique mauve offers a combination of sustainability, elegance, and versatility, making it an excellent choice for various applications.
