The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 with a composition of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE. The solid printed color is Royal Purple with a CMYK of 64 100 4 1. This color symbolizes creativity and originality, and technically it is a mix of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black in different proportions. It combines perfectly with white, black, gray, and pink. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means the color is printed on only one side of the fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it is elastic and chlorine resistant, with a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The printed color, on the other hand, is vibrant and durable thanks to the printing technology used. In addition, the fabric is recycled and sustainable, making it an ecological option.
The fabric can be used in lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, such as swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings, and leotards. This fabric is suitable for any season of the year and is GRS certified.
To keep the fabric in optimal condition, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. In addition, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
To print the solid color on the fabric, the polyester sublimation technique is used. This involves printing the design on sublimation paper with sublimation ink and then placing it on the fabric. The ink is heated and turns into gas, allowing it to penetrate the fabric and solidify. This process allows for vibrant colors and precise details.
