The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, a lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Sapphire Purple, with a CMYK of 91 68 0 0, which means it is a purple hue with a touch of blue, making it deeper and more mysterious. It pairs well with colors like grey, pale pink, white, and black.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it has high definition, precision, and quality in the printed design.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it is elastic, soft to the touch, chlorine resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Regarding the printed color, its finish is soft and shiny, and it offers great resistance to fading and washing.
The recommended applications and uses for this fabric are diverse in the fashion world, from lingerie and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, to leotards and sports leggings, with the particularity of being a sustainable fabric, as it is GRS certified.
It is important to note the proper care for this fabric, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cold temperature, not using bleach or a tumble dryer, and it should not be dry cleaned.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is called sublimation (polyester), which allows the ink to adhere efficiently to the fabric fibers, achieving an optimal and durable result in the printed design.
