The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and GRS certification. The solid printed color is a combination of orange and dune with a CMYK content of 28,38,93,18. Orange is a color that symbolizes optimism, vitality, and energy, while dune adds a touch of serenity and calm. This secondary color combines with earthy and green tones, creating a sense of balance and harmony in the design.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, using polyester sublimation technology. The fabric is soft to the touch, elastic, and chlorine-resistant with a very high UV protection factor of 50+. With a variety of uses, from lingerie to swimwear and sportswear, this fabric adapts to a wide range of designs and styles.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses stand out. In addition to those already mentioned, this fabric is perfect for making leggings and sports tights, as well as leotards and cycling clothing. Its high elasticity and resistance make it ideal for garments that require mobility and durability.
It is important to consider the necessary care for the preservation of this fabric. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use bleach or tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. In addition, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning. With these cares, the fabric will maintain its elasticity and its soft and resistant appearance.
Regarding printing technology, polyester sublimation is a method in which the ink transforms into vapor and then impregnates the fabric. This process guarantees high resolution and durable printing, without compromising the softness and elasticity of the fabric.
