The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is mustard yellow, with a CMYK content of 20% cyan ink, 44% magenta ink, 84% yellow ink, and 9% black ink.
Mustard yellow is a warm and energetic shade that evokes the warmth of the sun and the vitality of summer. As a secondary color, it pairs particularly well with neutral tones such as grey, white, and beige, as well as earthy tones like brown and olive green. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric is elastic and has a chlorine-resistant finish, with a Very High UV Protection Factor 50+. Additionally, it complies with the GRS certificate, making it a sustainable fabric due to its composition of recycled materials. Regarding the printed color, mustard yellow is a bright and vibrant tone that brings warmth and joy to any garment or accessory.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, including lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, leotards, and leggings. Its elasticity and resistance make it ideal for fitted and high-performance garments, while its chlorine-resistant finish makes it an ideal choice for swimwear. The vibrant hue of the printed color is especially attractive for summer designs and sportswear.
It is important to follow certain care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric, such as avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. The fabric is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process by which ink is transferred through the direct vaporization from solid to gas without passing through the liquid state. This allows for sharp and precise prints with high wear resistance and excellent color fixation.
