The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, with 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The solid printed color is a vibrant zinc yellow, with a CMYK composition of 10 0 84 0, giving it a vibrant and bright appearance. This secondary color perfectly combines with darker colors like black, gray, and navy blue, as well as with lighter shades like white and beige.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning this is the only side with the print, while the back of the fabric is solid colored and without texture.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include its soft texture, elastic feel, and high resistance to chlorine. Furthermore, it boasts a very high UV protection rating (UPF 50+), making it ideal for outdoor and sports products. As for the attributes of the solid color, its brightness and vibrancy give the fabric a very striking and bold look, making it perfect for fashion and sportswear endeavors.
Specific applications and uses of this fabric include lingerie, swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, sportswear like leggings and leotards, and fashion in general. Its high elasticity and water resistance make it perfect for water activities.
It is important to mention that this fabric requires some specific care to maintain its quality. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use bleaches or abrasive chemicals, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that involves transferring the printed design to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows the printed color to fully integrate into the textile fiber, ensuring greater durability and superior image quality compared to other printing methods.
