The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, which is composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The plain printed color is Isabeline Gray, whose CMYK content is 5 6 8 0. It is a secondary color that can be described as a warm and subtle gray with a slight brown hue. It combines very well with earthy colors such as browns, beige, and olive green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the printed design does not penetrate the fabric but is on the surface.
The base fabric is elastic and has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. It is ideal for making close-fitting garments such as lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear. In addition, being a recycled fabric, it is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
The care instructions for the fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not allow dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the design is printed by a heat and pressure process onto transfer paper and transferred from the paper to the fabric using a heat press. This ensures high-quality and durable printing on the fabric.
