The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, a lycra composed of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE with a grammage of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a brick red tone, with a CMYK of 15 85 55 4, its ink composition being cyan, magenta, yellow and black respectively.
The secondary color of the fabric is a warm tone, which transmits energy and vitality. It is associated with passion, emotion, and strength, being characteristic of nature such as earth or fire. It combines perfectly with other similar warm colors such as orange and yellow tones, as well as with darker tones such as browns or blacks.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, using sublimation technology on polyester, which guarantees a high quality and durable printing result.
The fabric itself is elastic, chlorine resistant, has very high UV protection 50+, and is sustainable as it is made with recycled material. These general characteristics are essential for its use in lingerie, sportswear, costumes, and swimwear, among others. Its versatility makes it ideal for any season of the year.
In addition, knowing the aforementioned applications, others can be added such as accessories and fashion garments, yoga wear, and performances. Lycra is a material that allows a wide range of movement, ideal for any physical activity or artistic movement that requires great flexibility.
It is important to take into account the specific care for the fabric, such as washing at no more than 40 degrees, no bleaching, no dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and no tumble drying. These instructions are fundamental to maintain the integrity of the fabric and avoid damage to its texture and color.
Regarding its printing technology, sublimation on polyester consists of transferring ink from a printed paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees high-quality printing, without pixels or edges. It is a clean and sustainable process, as it does not generate chemical waste and reduces water consumption compared to other printing processes.
