The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The plain printed color is a vibrant Algae Green, achieved with a CMYK ink combination of 81 cyan, 27 magenta, 88 yellow, and 12 black. Green is a refreshing and natural color, associated with spring, vitality, and balance. This shade is especially suitable for sportswear and swimwear, but it is also very versatile in other types of garments, such as leotards, leggings, lingerie, and swimsuits. Green combines especially well with yellow, brown, and ochre tones, as well as with other lighter or darker green tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric is elastic and has a pleasant texture to the touch, thanks to which it adapts perfectly to the shape of the body and ensures great comfort. This mesh is also chlorine resistant and has a very high UPF - UV Protection Factor of 50, making it ideal for outdoor garments that require effective UV protection.
The Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is a sustainable fabric certified with GRS. Its polyester fiber is recycled, making it an excellent eco-friendly option for the manufacture of any type of garment. Due to its high elasticity and resistance, this fabric is ideal for making sportswear, swimsuits, bikinis, and leotards, among others. It is also a good option for lingerie garments thanks to its softness and comfort.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is important to note that it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and bleaching or ironing at high temperatures is not recommended. It is also not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a digital textile printing technique that allows printing on the surface of the fabric through the application of heat and pressure. Thanks to this technology, a durable, high-quality, and water and chlorine resistant result is obtained. Sublimation also allows printing designs with great detail and color.
