Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is a lycra-type fabric composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its weight is 230 gr/m2 and its fabric width reaches 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is an olive green, whose CMYK is 66 50 73 55. This color creates a natural and warm effect, which inspires serenity and tranquility. The olive green color combines very well with earthy and ocher tones that bring greater balance to the printed garment.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is a unicolor garment with only one side printed. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its elastic texture and its chlorine-resistant finish, as well as its very high UV protection 50+. The attributes of the base fabric include different applications and uses, such as lingerie and sportswear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, tights or leggings. In addition, its use can be timeless, being a versatile fabric in any season.
As for the care that the fabric should have, it is important to pay attention to its special characteristics. It should not be bleached or dry cleaned, although the maximum wash can be at 40ºC. Ironing should be at a cool temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation with polyester. This technique uses heat to transfer ink to the fabric, which creates a more detailed and vibrant image. Sublimation is suitable for mass production and is used in the textile industry to customize products.
