The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Earth Green with a CMYK of 49 47 91 42. This color conveys a feeling of wild yet serene nature, and combines wonderfully with brown and earthy tones for a bohemian or natural style.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, employing polyester sublimation technology. Recycled lycra is an elastic fabric, chlorine resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, tights, leggings, or leotards, for women, men, and children. Furthermore, its sustainability and GRS certification make it ideal for ecological and responsible garments.
It is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached, its washing should be at a maximum temperature of 40°C, and it does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying. In addition, this fabric should be ironed at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves first printing the image on special transfer paper with sublimation inks, and then applying heat and pressure to the base fabric to transfer the image to the fabric, where it will be permanently fixed. This results in a durable, resistant product with excellent image quality.
