The base fabric is a Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The solid color printed on this fabric is a teal green, with a CMYK of 84 54 55 59 and a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks. The fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish, with very high UV protection of 50+. The fabric is suitable for a variety of uses, such as lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, for all seasons. In addition, the fabric has a GRS certification that accredits it as recycled.
The application of the fabric will depend on the project, but in general, it can be used in any body-hugging garment such as jumpsuits, swimsuits, or leggings. Furthermore, due to its elastic properties, it is also ideal for the production of sports garments, such as t-shirts and pants.
It is important to note that the fabric requires special care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, not dry cleaning, and not tumble drying.
Digital textile printing is the technology used to print the solid color of the fabric. In this process, a specialized printer is used to print the image directly onto the fabric. The ink is infused into the fibers of the fabric, which creates a durable, high-quality print that does not fade or wear easily.
