The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with an elastic texture and a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is in shades of blue and coral blue, with a CMYK content of 79 24 24 4 and single-sided digital textile printing. This secondary color is characterized by being vibrant and daring, especially due to the intensity of the blue used in the predominant tone. It is ideal for connecting with turquoise, lilac, and lighter blue tones, creating a theme that evokes the sea and nature.
Regarding its general characteristics, it should be noted that the fabric is resistant to chlorine, with a finish that provides very high UV protection 50+. These characteristics make it an ideal fabric for lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and fashion. In addition, it has a GRS certification as a sustainable and recyclable product.
Due to the aforementioned applications and uses, the Recycled Lycra Seal base fabric is ideal for making garments for water sports, as well as for creating modern and elegant pieces. Its elasticity and durability make it a very versatile fabric, as it can be used for multiple projects that demand comfort, flexibility, and sophistication.
When caring for this fabric, it is important to consider some fundamental aspects. Bleaching is not recommended, and it accepts temperatures of up to 40°C at most, requiring delicate ironing. It should not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using polyester-based sublimation printing technology, which ensures that the ink penetrates the fabric, providing high quality and durable resistance over time.
