The base fabric, Microfiber for Towel - Swing, is composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The vermilion red color printed on this fabric is achieved through sublimation with the following ink quantities: 0 cyan, 91 magenta, 100 yellow, and 0 black, resulting in a CMYK profile of 0 91 100 0.
This secondary color offers a strong and vibrant appearance with a touch of depth, making it an excellent choice for adding character and presence to designs. Furthermore, this shade combines well with different shades of grays and whites, allowing its use in monochromatic designs, as well as in combination with other more striking colors.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, so it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. The soft and smooth texture and feel are the main characteristics of this fabric, with a preferred use in home and sports applications, such as towels, cloths, bathrobes, and similar items.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are textiles and household items, such as bath towels and kitchen cloths, as well as for sports related to towels and bathrobes. The fabric is especially recommended for the summer season due to its composition and weight.
Regarding its care, it is advised not to bleach the garment, and its washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. This garment does not allow dry cleaning, ironing, or tumble drying.
Finally, the sublimation technology used in this fabric is a digital textile printing process used to apply detailed and high-resolution designs specifically to polyester fabrics. The sublimation process involves printing the design on transfer paper and then transferring it to the hot fabric, allowing the pigment to permeate the fiber to create a high-quality and long-lasting finish.
