The base fabric of this product is a soft and smooth Microfiber Towel fabric, made of 100% polyester with a grammage of 200 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 160 cm. Its distinctive printed color is Pigment Green, resulting from a combination of 80% Cyan, 2% Magenta, and 87% Yellow inks, with a complete absence of black inks. The secondary color is vibrant and dynamic, with a clear presence of a dark green hue. Additionally, it pairs very well with other colors such as white, yellow, gray, and black in particular. It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, and it is not a dyed fabric but rather directly printed.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its soft and smooth texture and feel, making it ideal for use in applications such as bath towels or bathrobes, for example. Likewise, its microfiber fabric gives it excellent absorption capacity and quick drying, which is very effective in making kitchen cloths. On the other hand, the solid color printed with sublimation technology is wear-resistant and does not fade easily.
The applications and uses for this type of fabric are very wide, as we have already mentioned, and are mainly for home and sports textiles: bath towels, bathrobes, kitchen cloths, among others. In addition, its high absorption characteristic makes it very useful in sports product applications, such as towels for gyms or swimming pools.
It is important to consider the indicated care instructions to prolong the useful life of this fabric: wash at no more than 30°C, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, and avoid dry cleaning.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process by which sublimation ink is transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure to achieve a durable and resistant finish. This printing process provides a wide range of bright and detailed colors to the fabric, as can be seen in the solid printed color of the product in question.
