The base fabric for this description is Microfiber for Towel - Swing, a microfiber type fabric composed of 100% polyester with a grammage of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is presented in a plain printed shade of Curaçao Blue, whose CMYK is composed of 54 Cyan, 15 Magenta, 10 Yellow, and 0 Black. This attractive and vibrant secondary color represents the immensity of the sea and sky, transmitting a feeling of relaxation and harmony. It combines perfectly with light tones like white to achieve a fresher and brighter ambiance, or dark tones like gray and black to achieve an elegant and sophisticated contrast. It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but a printed one.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and smooth texture to the touch, making it ideal for making towels and household cloths, as well as for manufacturing bathrobes and sports swimwear. In addition, its 100% polyester composition makes it highly wrinkle-resistant and durable over time. As for the plain printed color, its intensity and sharpness of shades stand out, as well as its high resistance to washing and wear.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are home textiles such as towels and kitchen cloths, as well as sports swimwear such as towels and bathrobes. It can also be used for making curtains, tablecloths, and cushions, thanks to its resistance and ease of care.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, it does not allow dry cleaning or ironing, and cannot be tumble dried. These indications ensure a long lifespan and optimal care of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This is a digital printing technique that consists of printing the desired image on a special paper sheet, using inks that sublimate into the fabric through heat and pressure. The result is a high-quality and durable image on the fabric.
