The base fabric is Microfiber for Towel - Swing, made of 100% polyester, weighing 200 gr/m2 and with a width of 160 cm. It features a solid color printed in Pilot Blue, with a CMYK of 73 50 44 35. This color is characterized by being an intense and vibrant shade of blue, evoking sensations of freshness and tranquility. It combines very well with light tones such as white or beige, as well as with more intense tones such as orange or green.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the color is not dyed but printed on one side, making its resistance to fading lower.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and smooth texture, which gives it a very pleasant feel to the touch. In addition, it is very resistant and durable, making it ideal for use in products such as towels or kitchen cloths. Regarding the printed color, its intensity and brightness remain unaltered over time, thanks to the printing technology used.
Regarding its applications and uses, this fabric is perfect for making towels, bathrobes, and kitchen cloths due to its high absorption capacity and resistance. It can also be used in the production of sports products, such as swimsuits or gym towels. In each of these cases, the Microfiber for Towel - Swing fabric guarantees a quality and durable finish.
It is important to note that to maintain the quality of this fabric, some care instructions must be followed. In this case, it is recommended to avoid bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not iron, do not tumble dry, and avoid the use of chemical products.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the image to be transferred onto special paper, which is then subjected to high temperatures that allow the ink to turn into vapor and permanently adhere to the fabric. This guarantees high definition of the printed image, as well as great resistance to washing and wear over time.
