The Microfiber Base Fabric for Towels - Swing is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Porcelain Blue, with a CMYK of 70 37 40 21, which means it is composed of a high percentage of cyan ink and a moderate percentage of magenta and yellow ink, with a very low presence of black ink. This color is a soft and delicate pastel blue tone that conveys tranquility and elegance. It combines very well with colors such as white, gray, beige, aqua green, pale pink, and coral.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides great definition of details and a wide variety of colors and designs in the print.
The texture of the fabric is soft and smooth to the touch, which makes it a pleasant fabric in contact with the skin. In addition, it is very resistant, durable, and easy to maintain. As for the printed color, it presents great depth of tones and excellent fixation, which guarantees a long duration of the color in the fabric.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, it is very versatile and can be used in the manufacture of bath towels, kitchen cloths, bathrobes, and other home textiles. It is also suitable for making sports garments such as towels and bathrobes for swimming pools and gyms.
To keep the fabric in good condition, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, without using bleach, without dry cleaning, and without ironing. In addition, it cannot be tumble dried. These cares are important to preserve the quality and durability of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is Sublimation, which consists of applying heat and pressure to fix the ink to the fibers of the fabric. This technique guarantees great precision in details and excellent definition of colors. In addition, sublimation is an environmentally friendly technique, as it does not generate chemical waste.
