The base fabric for this textile is Microfiber for Towels - Swing, a 100% polyester microfiber fabric with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is a soft-touch fabric with a smooth texture, ideal for use in towels, cloths, and bathrobes for both home and sports. The solid color printed on this fabric is Virgin Blue, whose CMYK is 77 40 6 0. It is an intense and striking color that combines especially well with white and gray tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink is applied only to one side of the fabric and it is not a dyed fabric. This printing technique allows for great definition and sharpness in the printed color, making the designs more precise and detailed.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include its soft touch and smooth texture, but it is also a resistant and durable fabric. As for the printed color, in addition to being intense and striking, it is resistant to washing and wear, which allows the original color of the fabric to be maintained for a long time.
Among the applications and uses of Microfiber for Towels - Swing are its use in towels, cloths, and bathrobes in the domestic sphere, as well as in sports towels and bathrobes in the sports sphere. In addition, due to its soft touch, it can also be used in the manufacture of bed linen and bath linen.
It is important to take into account the care instructions that must be followed to maintain the quality of this fabric. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and without the use of bleaches, do not iron it, and do not tumble dry it. It should also not be dry cleaned.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), where heat is used to transfer the ink from the paper to the fabric. This allows for intense, sharp, and wear-resistant colors, and unlike other printing techniques, it does not leave a layer of ink on the surface of the fabric, which makes it more durable and resistant to the effects of washing and abrasion.
