The base fabric for this reference is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 110 gr/m2, with a fabric width of 147 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a scarlet red tone, with a mix of 24% cyan ink, 98% magenta ink, 73% yellow ink, and 20% black ink (CMYK: 24 98 73 20).
This scarlet tone is a color with great personality, which can convey emotions such as passion, strength, and energy, but can also be identified with temptation, anger, and violence. It is a secondary color obtained by mixing primary colors, red and magenta, and combines perfectly with other shades such as black, yellow, green, or blue.
It is important to mention that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing. The fabric is not dyed, but rather uses a printing technique that guarantees high color fidelity, quality, and resistance, so the printed color is preserved in perfect condition over time.
The characteristics of the base fabric are diverse and versatile, highlighting its soft texture and its ability to adapt to different uses. Among its attributes, its thinness, softness, and rigidity of its texture and feel stand out. Likewise, the fabric is applied in different areas, such as fashion, accessories, handbags, swimwear, or sportswear.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to iron at high temperatures, to dry clean without using trichloroethylene, and not to use a tumble dryer. It is preferable to wash the fabric with cold water to avoid any type of deformation.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the image or design to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for unbeatable image reproduction and is ideal for manufacturing personalized fabrics or in limited series. With this system, results are achieved in intense colors, extensive durability, and high quality.
