The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110 g/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color is Fire Truck Red, which has a cyan content of 18%, magenta of 98%, yellow of 94%, and black of 9% in CMYK. This secondary color is characterized by its vibrancy and intensity, evoking the image of fire trucks in all their splendor. It combines perfectly with warm tones such as orange and yellow, as well as with cooler tones such as dark gray and olive green.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric has a thin, rigid, and soft texture to the touch, which makes it a versatile and comfortable fabric. Among the recommended applications and uses for this fabric are fashion, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimsuits, and Bermuda shorts.
Regarding the necessary care to maintain the quality of this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and that the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It is also recommended not to tumble dry and to iron at a cool temperature. In case dry cleaning is needed, any method except trichloroethylene can be used.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of a heat transfer ink technique that allows for durable adhesion of the color to the microfiber. This process guarantees excellent print quality and great resistance to fabric wear, making it ideal for use in high-quality garments.
