The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester with a grammage of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The plain color printed on the base fabric is a combination of red and grayish, with a CMYK of 2 59 38 0. This secondary color symbolizes vitality and subtlety, and combines perfectly with other colors such as black, white, and green. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, so it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its texture, thin and soft feel, with a contemporary and sustainable vibe thanks to GRS certification and its recycled fabric. The plain printed color gives the fabric a more vibrant and modern touch, similar to coral.
Regarding applications and uses, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is ideal for fashion items such as accessories, bags, fashion, and wallets, as well as for sportswear and swimwear, such as Bermuda shorts and swimsuits. In winter, it can be a good option for bedding and outerwear.
As for care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and the maximum temperature should be 30°C. Dry cleaning is possible, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended to avoid damaging the garment.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for high definition printing quality, with sharper and more vibrant colors than other printing methods. The sublimation process uses gas and heat to transfer the ink from paper to fabric, which integrates the ink deeply into the fabric fibers, providing greater resistance to wear and washing.
