The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a type of microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is golden orange, which is obtained thanks to a combination of CMYK inks, with an amount of 7 cyan, 29 magenta, 94 yellow, and 0 black.
The golden orange color is a warm and bright tone that is very suitable for fabrics with decorative purposes, fashion, and accessories. It can be combined very well with red and yellow tones to create an atmosphere of warmth and energy, but it also looks great with brown and chocolate tones, to generate an earthy and unique atmosphere. Although orange and yellow tones predominate, the golden tone adds a touch of sophistication and elegance, making the fabric perfect for more extravagant fashion pieces.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which makes the solid color look lighter and brighter than the other side of the fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its texture, feel, and softness, which makes it versatile for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as fashion, accessories, swimwear, and sportswear, whose list can be expanded with the users specific knowledge about these applications or uses for this type of fabric.
Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The fabric can be dry cleaned, except for the use of trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at cold temperatures. It should not be tumble dried to avoid damage to the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a technique that allows printing designs with vibrant and detailed colors. This technique consists of printing the design on transfer paper, which is transferred to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure, thus achieving uniform and long-lasting coloring.
