The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Brown, Amber with a CMYK of 27 57 62 20. This secondary color is a combination of dark brown and amber, which gives it a feeling of warmth and elegance. It combines well with neutral tones such as white, beige, and gray, as well as with more intense tones such as olive green and orange. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and thin texture, which makes it very comfortable to use in clothing and accessories. On the other hand, the color printed on the fabric is fade-resistant and has a long-lasting duration. The applications and uses of the base fabric include fashion garments, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimsuits, and shorts. The applications of the fabric also extend to wallets and swimwear.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. The fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, should be ironed at low temperature, and cannot be tumble dried. These cares ensure that the fabric remains in good condition and that its duration is prolonged.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation by digital textile printing. This technique allows high-quality printing on the fabric, as well as a wide range of colors and designs. The technique is based on the transfer of ink through a heat process that fixes the color to the polyester fabric on one side. In conclusion, this base fabric is an excellent option for high-quality clothing, accessories, and items that require a distinctive design and long-lasting durability.
