The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber Biarritz, with a weight of 110 gr/m2, composed of 100% polyester and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color has a CMYK of 36-43-40-21, showing a brown-ash tone. This color is a secondary tone that combines well with other neutral colors like beige, gray, and taupe, as well as pastel tones like pink, soft green, and turquoise. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is printed, not dyed.
Recycled Microfiber Biarritz is a thin and stiff fabric to the touch, yet soft at the same time. It is suitable for fashion, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimwear, and shorts. This fabric is timeless and sustainable, as it is GRS certified. The printing technology used is sublimation (polyester).
It is recommended to follow certain care instructions for the fabric, such as not using bleach, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, washing at a maximum temperature of 30 °C, ironing at a low temperature, and not using a tumble dryer.
Sublimation printing technology involves printing an image on transfer paper using special inks and then transferring that image to the fabric using pressure and heat. Polyester is used because sublimation ink adheres better to this type of fabric than to other fibers. The result is a vivid and durable image that does not fade or crack over time.
