The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber type composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color is Old Gold Brown with a CMYK value of 27 43 67 17. This color is characterized by being a warm and elegant tone that adds a touch of sophistication to any garment or accessory. It combines very well with other dark brown tones such as chocolate or mahogany, as well as with beige and cream colors for a softer and more delicate look.
It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the ink has been deposited only on one side of the fabric and has not penetrated its fibers, resulting in a perfect and homogeneous finish on the surface of the material.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, its soft and thin texture stands out, which makes it especially suitable for high-quality clothing that requires great mobility. It is also resistant, durable, and easy to care for, making it an excellent option for sportswear, swimwear, and various accessories.
Among the applications and uses of Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz are fashion, accessories, bags and wallets, as well as sportswear, swimwear, and bermudas. Thanks to its soft and light feel, it is also an excellent option for manufacturing swimwear, such as swimsuits and bikinis.
It is important to mention that this fabric requires some special care to maintain its impeccable appearance. We recommend not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a low temperature, and avoiding the dryer.
Finally, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which consists of applying heat and pressure for the ink to adhere to the fabric fibers, thus producing a durable and resistant finish. This printing process allows colors to be brighter and sharper than in other conventional printing processes, resulting in a luminous and vibrant finish on the printed fabric.
