The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz. Its solid printed color is a dark Sienna Brown with a CMYK of 48 88 69 77. This brown tone represents stability, warmth, and trust, transmitting a warm and welcoming feeling. It is a color associated with earth, wood, and nature. It combines well with green, orange, and red tones for contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is a thin, rigid, and soft-to-the-touch fabric. It is a timeless and sustainable fabric, as it has GRS certification and is made with recycled material.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses range from fashion and accessories to sportswear and swimwear. Its lightness and soft touch make it ideal for clothing, and its water resistance makes it perfect for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, its polyester composition makes it easy to clean and maintain.
To care for Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene, and it needs to be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried to preserve its shape and durability.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique is used to achieve high-quality printing, durability, and color fidelity. It consists of transferring the ink from the printed design to the fabric, using heat and controlled pressure. The ink becomes gaseous when heat is applied and adheres permanently to the fabric. This technology allows for a wide range of colors and designs, making it an excellent option for customizing garments and accessories.
