The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester and with a weight of 110 gr/m2. The plain printed color is Brown, Treviso Earth, with a CMYK of 32 79 57 38. This secondary color is representative of earth tones, providing warmth and balance. Furthermore, it perfectly combines with colors such as mustard yellow, moss green, and off-white. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and delicate feel, which make it a comfortable fabric to wear. As for the color, due to its earthy tone, it provides a sense of harmony and emotional stability. The applications and uses of this fabric are very wide, highlighting its use in fashion for accessories, bags, wallets, swimsuits, and shorts. It is also used in sportswear and swimwear. Its season is timeless, and it has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is recycled.
It is important to consider certain care instructions for the base fabric, such as not bleaching, using a maximum temperature of 30ºC for both washing and cold ironing, and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this type of fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of applying heat and pressure to the fabric, allowing the dye to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers. This produces prints with great durability and resistance to washing and sun.
