The base fabric is called Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber composed of 100% polyester. Its grammage of 110 gr/m2 and width of 147 cm make it a thin fabric, with a rigid and soft texture to the touch, ideal for use in fashion, accessories, swimwear, and sportswear. Its base color is solid, printed with the color Purple/Mulberry and a combination of Cyan (23), Magenta (82), Yellow (10), and Black (0) inks, with a CMYK of 23 82 10 0. The fabric is digitally printed on one side only.
The color Purple/Mulberry is a primary tone that symbolizes spirituality, creativity, and sophistication. This color combines well with yellow, green, turquoise, and pink tones. With the recycled Biarritz microfiber, this printed color stands out for its resistance to wear and fading thanks to sublimation printing technology. The resulting fabric is water-resistant, making it ideal for use in swimsuits and board shorts.
Recycled Biarritz microfiber is a sustainable material, GRS certified. Its applications are multiple, from fashion and accessories to bags, wallets, and swimsuits. It is ideal for making sportswear due to its softness and ability to repel water. Furthermore, it is easy to work with due to its characteristic rigid texture.
For the care and durability of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, iron it at a cool temperature, and avoid using a tumble dryer. Dry cleaning is recommended but the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is sublimation. This process allows the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers, generating a defined and vibrant result that does not crack or fade easily. This technology also allows for the printing of detailed and precise designs. In general, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is a high-quality and highly versatile fabric that adapts to various needs and uses.
