The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber type composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110gr/m2 and a width of 147cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a combination of brown and beige, with an ink proportion of 31% cyan, 46% magenta, 99% yellow, and 27% black, resulting in a color close to sand. This secondary color is warm and inviting, and pairs well with other earth tones and neutrals, such as gray and white.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, meaning the image is printed, not woven. The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft and thin texture, making it particularly suitable for bedding, bath linen, curtains, and other home textiles.
Among the specific applications and uses of this fabric are fashion and accessories, such as handbags, wallets, and shorts, as well as sportswear and swimwear like bikinis and swimsuits. The fabric is easy to work with and cut, and adapts well to different patterns and designs.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and iron at a cool temperature. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is known as polyester sublimation, a process by which ink turns into vapor and is transferred to the fabric to create a durable and vibrant image. This process is especially suitable for textile printing and allows for a wide variety of custom designs and colors.
