The base fabric, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, is a 100% polyester microfiber with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is antique white (OldLace), a creamy and warm shade achieved by using a combination of 1 Cyan ink, 4 Magenta ink, 12 Yellow ink, and no Black ink (CMYK: 1 4 12 0).
This secondary color has a soft and silky texture, perfect for elegant and refined garments and accessories. It combines very well with pastel tones such as powder pink or sky blue, adding a classic and harmonious touch to any design.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that this is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side.
Biarritz recycled microfiber is characterized by its thinness, rigidity, and soft texture to the touch. This fabric is perfect for fashion and sports and swimwear accessories, from shorts and swimsuits to wallets and bags. In addition, its GRS certification and recyclability make it sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Regarding fabric care, it should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It allows dry cleaning, except trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cold temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of applying ink to transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using high temperatures and pressures. This technology guarantees high-quality and durable printing on the fabric.
