The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a 100% POLYESTER microfiber weighing 110 gr/m2 and 147 cm wide. The solid printed color is Egg Yolk with a CMYK of 0 16 91 0. This yellow is a less saturated and softer secondary color than primary yellow, associated with joy, optimism, and happiness. It combines well with other soft colors such as gray, beige, and light pink.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, so the back of the fabric is white. The Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz has a soft and thin texture that gives it a pleasant feel against the skin. The solid printed color is evenly distributed on the fabric surface, ensuring excellent image quality and resistance to wear and fading.
The fabric is sustainable, GRS certified, and recycled to reduce environmental impact. This recycled microfiber is versatile and used in various fields, such as fashion, accessories, bags, sports, swimwear, shorts, wallets, etc. Thanks to its lightness and breathability, it is a perfect fabric for summer garments that require comfort and moisture resistance.
The care instructions for the base fabric are simple: it is recommended to wash at 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at low temperature, and it allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It is important to follow these recommendations to maintain the quality, color, and extend the lifespan of the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique consists of transferring the design printed on paper onto the microfiber surface using heat and pressure. In this way, the ink pigments turn into gas and penetrate the fabric, creating a durable layer of color that fuses with the fabric fibers. Sublimation ensures exceptional image reproduction quality and vibrant, long-lasting colors.
