The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a 100% polyester microfiber with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color is a eucalyptus green tone with a cyan ink proportion of 63, magenta ink of 0, yellow ink of 48, and black ink of 0, represented in CMYK as 63 0 48 0. This color evokes the freshness and purity of nature, and pairs particularly well with other shades of green, gray, and beige.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a mass-dyed fabric, but rather printed on a pre-woven base. Regarding its characteristics, the base fabric has a thin, stiff, and soft texture to the touch. On the other hand, the printed color is characterized by good fixation and wear resistance, thanks to the sublimation technology used.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, we highlight its applications and uses, which include fashion, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimwear, Bermuda shorts, wallets, and swimsuits. These uses can be expanded depending on the designer and project needs, but in general, it is a versatile and functional fabric.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. It is important to follow these recommendations to ensure the durability of the fabric and the printed color.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring the digitally printed design onto the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics like polyester, as it allows for high definition and durability in the printed color.
