The base fabric used is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110gr/m2 and a width of 147cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is frond green, with a cyan ink of 64, a magenta ink of 16, a yellow ink of 100, and a black ink of 2. This results in a CMYK of 64 16 100 2. This secondary color evokes nature and freshness thanks to its vibrant yet natural green hue, perfect for haute couture garments and summer clothing. Frond green combines perfectly with colors such as white, black, shades of grey and brown, and pastel pink or orange tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing. The fabric is not dyed but printed on one side, which allows for a greater variety of designs and greater creative freedom.
Regarding the main characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its soft and thin but resistant texture, which makes it ideal for making clothing and accessories. In addition, its high durability and wear resistance make it a perfect option for sportswear and swimwear. As for the color, the frond green printed on the fabric has a matte and homogeneous appearance.
Among the applications and uses of the Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz fabric, we can highlight fashion, accessories and bags, sportswear and swimwear such as shorts or swimsuits, as well as wallets and swimsuits. Its weight and softness make it perfect for delicate areas of the body such as underwear or baby clothes.
Regarding its care, it is important to note that the fabric cannot be bleached, should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing a digital image on transfer paper using sublimation inks and transferring it by heat to the base fabric. This technique guarantees design fidelity and greater resistance to wear and fading of the printed color.
