The base fabric of this textile is the velvety corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a combination of orange and corn yellow, with a CMYK of 14 31 73 3. This color is characterized by its luminosity and energy, evoking feelings of warmth and joy. It combines especially well with shades such as brown, green, and blue. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which guarantees optimal design quality.
The base fabric of this textile stands out for its soft texture and visual sheen, making it perfect for decoration and fashion applications. Furthermore, the elastane in its composition gives it elasticity and resistance, making it ideal for making garments such as pants, jackets, and blazers. Its applications and uses include furniture upholstery, cushions, baskets, backpacks, bags, and other accessories.
Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene, although it can be dry cleaned with other agents. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature and tumble drying is not allowed.
The printing technology used for this textile is sublimation on polyester. This process involves transferring a printed image through the sublimation process, where an ink turns into gas at high temperatures and then deposits onto the fabric. Digital textile printing ensures high quality and color fidelity in the final result.
