Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a flesh pink tone with a CMYK ink combination of 5 in cyan, 98 in magenta, 69 in yellow, and 1 in black. This flesh pink tone is vibrant and energetic, with a strong and attractive personality. It combines well with neutral and pastel colors, and creates bold contrasts with dark tones such as black or brown.

The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is printed directly onto the fabric surface and the fabric has not been dyed. The fabric texture is soft to the touch and visually bright, offering a sumptuous visual appeal.

The general characteristics of the fabric include its resistance and durability due to its high polyester composition and its elasticity provided by elastane. These characteristics make it perfect for decoration and upholstery of chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as in fashion for trousers, jackets, and bags.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are outdoor decoration with cushions and baskets, bedroom and living room decoration with cushions and furniture upholstery, and fashion for women and men, including trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and bombers. The versatility of this fabric allows for wide use in various sectors.

For fabric care, it is recommended to wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, do not use bleach, do not dry clean, it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying.

The printing technology used to produce the fabric is polyester sublimation, which is done by transferring ink onto special paper which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees high print quality and exceptional durability in the colors printed on the fabric.
