Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric of this textile is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a heather pink with a CMYK of 9 30 23 1, indicating a predominance of magenta and yellowish tones in its composition, along with small contributions of cyan and black tones. This color combines particularly well with neutral and earthy tones, such as beige, brown, and grey.

It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side to achieve the desired color effect. Regarding its general characteristics, we can highlight that Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is a soft-to-the-touch and shiny-to-the-eye fabric, with a pleasant texture that makes it an ideal option for decoration, upholstery, fashion, and accessories. Among the most common applications and uses, we can find upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and bomber jackets, and designing bags, backpacks, and various accessories.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean (except for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene), iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring the design printed on special paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure.
