The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. Its solid color is Cognac Brown, with a CMYK of 29 63 75 28. This color has a warm and sophisticated tone, which combines well with other earthy tones, such as beige, olive green, and burgundy. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is characterized by having a soft texture and feel, as well as a brilliant visual shine. This fabric is ideal for decorating and upholstering furniture, such as chairs and sofas, and also for making fashion garments, such as pants, jackets, and accessories like bags and backpacks.
Among the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean, and iron at a cold temperature. In addition, the fabric allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the image on paper and then transferring it to the fabric through a heat process. In this way, the printed color integrates into the fabric and is permanently fixed. This printing process is ideal for reproducing high-definition images and vibrant colors on synthetic fabrics such as Velvety Corduroy - Dublin.
