The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is Army Green Brown, with a CMYK of 53 43 59 34. This color is a combination of earthy tones that evoke nature and elegance. It pairs particularly well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and beige, as well as with gold, bronze, and earth colors.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning that the color has not been applied directly to the fabric but rather printed on it using digital technology.
The base fabric has a soft texture, which gives it a pleasant and comfortable feel against the skin. In addition, its visual is bright, which gives it luminosity and highlights the details of the printed plain color. This fabric is ideal for decorating and upholstering furniture, as well as for fashion, both womens and mens, in the manufacture of garments such as pants, jackets, blazers, and blousons/vests, among others.
Among the most common uses and applications of this fabric are the decoration of chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, and baskets, for both bedrooms and living rooms. It is also used in the manufacture of accessories such as bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and iron it at a low temperature. It is not advisable to bleach it or dry clean it. Although it can be dry cleaned, care must be taken with the use of trichloroethylene, as it can damage the fabric. Tumble drying is also not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of transferring the ink to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure, which allows for greater definition in details and a more durable and wash-resistant result.
