The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is a Purple-Ube shade, with a combination of 56% cyan ink and 56% magenta ink, forming a CMYK of 56 56 0 0. This color conveys a sense of calm and reflection, ideal for creating elegant and sophisticated environments. Additionally, it can be combined with neutral colors and cool tones like grey, white, and blue, thus creating a balance between warm and cool shades.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but is printed directly. This printing technique allows for high reproduction of details and vibrant colors on the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture and a prominent visual sheen, which is accentuated by the plain color print. Furthermore, its composition and weight make it resistant and durable, ideal for use in upholstery, fashion, and accessories.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this type of fabric, highlights include upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as in the manufacture of trousers, jackets, blazers, and coats. It is also common in the creation of accessories such as bags and backpacks, and in interior decoration for making cushions, baskets, and other elements.
To properly care for the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. Additionally, dry cleaning is accepted except for the use of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the printed design from paper to fabric through the application of heat, allowing for exceptional image quality and faithful color reproduction.
