The base fabric is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The solid printed color is cadmium yellow with 8% cyan ink and 88% yellow ink. This color is bright and soft to the touch, and it combines well with earthy and brown tones. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin has a soft and visually bright texture. The cadmium yellow provides luminosity and a sophisticated touch. This fabric is suitable for upholstering chairs, sofas, and is also ideal for making accessories such as bags and backpacks. The necessary care instructions are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean with trichloroethylene, and iron at a cool temperature.
Sublimation printing technology (POLYESTER) is used to print the solid color on the base fabric. This technique involves applying ink to transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using a heat press, where the ink evaporates and penetrates the fabric fibers. This achieves high print quality with great sharpness and detail in the designs.
