The base fabric of this textile is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. It has a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is an Imperial Red with cyan ink at 0, magenta at 92, and yellow at 72, and a black value at 0. The global CMYK is 0 92 72 0. This color is characterized by its soft texture and visual sheen. It complements well with light colors like white, warm tones like beige, and dark tones like black. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The base fabric is soft to the touch and has a velvety texture, making it perfect for upholstering sofas, armchairs, and chairs. Additionally, its composition makes it suitable for winter garments, such as trousers or jackets, and for accessories like bags or backpacks. Care for this fabric should avoid bleaching; it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not dry cleaned with trichloroethylene. It should also be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
This fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which uses special inks that evaporate and adhere to the fabrics surface. The printing is carried out through a digital process that allows for high resolution and a high degree of detail, resulting in a brilliant and wear-resistant finish. In summary, the Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin with its printed Imperial Red color is a soft fabric with a brilliant texture that adapts perfectly to a wide range of applications and uses, from decoration to fashion.
