The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Russian Green, with a CMYK of 64 25 67 8. This color is a dark green with a blue hue, which gives it an elegant and sophisticated look. It combines very well with other shades of green, black, and dark blue.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is a high-quality printing process that allows for vibrant and sharp colors.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft texture to the touch and a visually shiny appearance. This is partly due to the combination of polyester and polyamide fibers, which give it a shimmering look. The fabric is ideal for furniture upholstery, such as armchairs and sofas, as well as for clothing items such as pants, jackets, and blazers. It can also be used for making bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, we recommend avoiding bleaching and washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning, except with solvents that do not contain trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not allowed.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves transferring inks through heat and pressure, allowing the polyester fibers to be permanently dyed. This provides superior print quality and the ability to produce detailed, high-resolution designs efficiently.
