The base fabric is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Blue, with a CMYK of 55 3 0 0, indicating a predominance of Cyan. This secondary tone has a calming and refreshing connotation, comparable to the serenity of a clear sky, combining well with both cool colors (grey, white) and warm colors (yellow, pink). It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side.
Velvet Corduroy - Dublin stands out for its softness and visual sheen, with a fine, matte texture. Furthermore, the fabric is versatile and can be used in fashion as well as in decoration, upholstery, and other home textiles, so its applications and uses are varied. This type of fabric is suitable for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, and blazers. In terms of decoration, it is ideal for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, and also for making cushions, baskets, and other textiles for the kitchen and bedroom.
It is important to consider the recommended care for Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, such as washing the garment at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not bleach, dry cleaning with trichloroethylene is not allowed, dry cleaning is allowed, and iron at a cool temperature. The garment should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for ink transfer through heat and pressure, fusing the ink with the fabric fibers, resulting in a durable print resistant to washing and wear. With this technology, high-quality and detailed designs can be achieved, as well as a wide range of colors and effects.
