The base fabric of the Velvety Corduroy-Dublin is a corduroy with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its color is Black Cat, with a CMYK of 82 74 56 81. This secondary color presents a dark and elegant tone, with a vibrant depth that creates a brilliant visual effect on the fabric. It ideally combines with golden, silver, and white colors, as well as dark red and blue tones, to create a sophisticated and elegant color palette. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, providing excellent quality and definition to the print.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture, both to the touch and visually. It is ideal for decorative uses such as upholstery on sofas, armchairs, chairs, and cushions, as well as in fashion for trousers, overshirts, blazers, jackets, and accessories like bags and backpacks. The applications are wide-ranging, both for home and fashion, thanks to its resistance and durability.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean (except trichloroethylene), iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the quality and appearance of the base fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). Sublimated digital textile printing is performed by transferring ink through special paper that is heated and transferred to the fabric, creating a sharp and defined image. This process allows for a wide variety of high-definition colors, designs, and prints on the fabric, making it an attractive and versatile option for any application. In summary, the Velvety Corduroy-Dublin is a high-quality base fabric with an elegant and sophisticated secondary color, perfect for a wide range of uses in a high-definition printed design.
